At Ingredients Matter, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
